Richard Rawlings is a highly-regarded estate agency consultant/trainer and has won numerous industry awards. He has over 30 years hands-on estate agency and estate agency marketing and training experience gained in the UK and overseas.
Richard specialises in helping estate agents create distinction in a crowded marketplace, with innovative marketing and training services. He continually investigates the latest innovations in agency technique from around the world and his client base extends from the UK to the USA, Australia, South Africa, Nigeria, Estonia, Portugal, Spain, and Ireland. He has appeared on TV and Radio and is a regular contributor to the estate agency trade press, with over 17,000 agents subscribing to his RAT (Rawlings Agency Tips) blog.
He is a Christian, lives in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, and has been happily married for 38 years, with four children. He enjoys sailing, mountains and single malt whisky.
