Ms. GU has been engaged in architectural design practices and architectural design management for 15 years. Currently acting as the Deputy General Manager at Sunac Shanghai Regional Group’s Product Center, she is in charge of nearly 120 projects throughout Shanghai, Jiangsu and Northwest China. With profound understanding of upscale residences and demands of modern high-end lifestyles, Ms. GU Fei has successfully led the team to create many first-class products (i.e. residential developments) such as ONE SINO PARK and TAOHUAYUAN as well as multiple urban mixed-use projects, which are very influential and competitive in the market of relevant cities.
