Del Hossain is an entrepreneur who specialises in developing creative businesses. He is the managing director of the Adrem Group, London’s foremost Creative Recruitment Company, currently with offices in London, Dubai and Shanghai. Originally a qualified architect, Del worked at leading practices such as ORMS and Foster and Partners.
He has a Masters in Business & Wellbeing Psychology and is an authority in creative businesses. Del has coached many boards and individual partners in developing their teams and was awarded London’s Business Mentor of the Year by the University of London. He is also joint editor of the RIBA’s new series on business books for architecture.

The panel of judges for the International Property Awards is large and include judges from a variety of backgrounds and expertise. We have over 100 judges, divided up reviewing entries in all award categories. Each judge is allocated entries which match their areas of expertise.
