Richard Cotton is a retired Chartered Surveyor. Having spent 40 years with Cluttons LLP and he finished as Senior Partner in 2009. During his career he specialised in Middle East property and was resident there for 12 years, latterly focusing on the UK residential investment market. Since leaving Cluttons he has held a variety of executive and non executive positions, and is currently non Exec Chairman of AHR Architects, and Commercial Adviser to the Iraq Britain Business Council.
