Guy Medd is a dynamic, self-motivated and performance driven property professional dedicated to providing highly focused property solutions to discerning high net worth individuals. He has a talent for and experience in dealing with demanding clients and sometimes complex situations.

A ‘high end’ introducer commercially and entrepreneurially astute individual, Guy has acquired a range of skills including transaction negotiations at the highest levels with two foreign Royal Families and their representatives at £70m and £46m respectively. Other clients have included actors, musicians and captains of industry.

He has an ability to forge solid customer relationships as well as conflict resolution with landlord/tenant issues both in the private and commercial sector and bring in new business, coming from a background of having started and run his own businesses.

Guy’s incumbency as a judge on the UK & International Property Awards began in 2007 where a keen and objective eye is required in assessing and evaluating entries from all corners of the globe in the real estate and property sector.
