Andrew founded Feat Factory to raise the bar in project management and development management support across the real estate sector. He brings a rare combination of high-performance insight from his work transforming Olympic sports in addition to 25 years of real estate industry experience.
In addition to his project and consultancy leadership, Andrew has held influential roles with industry bodies including the Construction Industry Council, the Considerate Constructors Scheme, the HM Government BIM Task Group, and the Green Construction Board.
Nearly a decade ago, Andrew also founded the Property Sports Network to promote fitness, health, and wellbeing within the property sector. Now the industry’s leading organisation for sports and wellness events, the network has grown to over 5,000 individual members — 40% of whom are women — representing more than 2,000 businesses. With a focus on fun and inclusivity, the network delivers events across the UK and has raised significant funds for a range of charities.

The panel of judges for the International Property Awards is large and include judges from a variety of backgrounds and expertise. We have over 100 judges, divided up reviewing entries in all award categories. Each judge is allocated entries which match their areas of expertise.
