Bridget Cordy graduated with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1993 and has dedicated her entire career to the sales and marketing of residential property. She has accumulated valuable experience in the sector having sold homes in London and Surrey, culminating in six years as Sales & Marketing Director at Charles Church and later Centex Group. As a freelance writer for the past decade, Bridget has regularly contributed to both trade and consumer publications, focusing on residential real estate and profiling key figures from many of the UK’s leading estate agencies.
Currently, Bridget collaborates with high-quality developers across the UK, creating content for their marketing. Additionally, she assists and advises residential and commercial estate agency companies with their brand promotion, website content, and client newsletters.

The panel of judges for the International Property Awards is large and include judges from a variety of backgrounds and expertise. We have over 100 judges, divided up reviewing entries in all award categories. Each judge is allocated entries which match their areas of expertise.
