A LUXURY eco-friendly villa in Marbella has beat out hundreds of entries for a top European architecture award.
Villa Alcuzcuz, located in the hills above San Pedro, won Best in Europe in the Architecture Single Residence category at the finals of the International Property Awards, held this year at The Savoy in London.
Built by development company BRIGHT, it is the first luxury home to be built to Passive House Regulations and Standards, guaranteeing more than 75% saving on energy costs compared with a standard new build.
