Last week, the International Property Awards judging panel came together to assess entries for the 2026 European Property Awards, marking an important milestone in this year’s awards programme.

Each year, the International Property Awards recognise outstanding achievement across the global property industry, celebrating excellence in architecture, interior design, property development and real estate. The judging process plays a vital role in identifying the companies and projects that demonstrate the highest standards of quality, innovation and excellence.

The European Property Awards entries were reviewed by a panel of expert judges from across the property and design sectors. Representing a wide range of disciplines including architecture, property development, hospitality, interior design, marketing and real estate, the judges applied their specialist knowledge and experience to evaluate submissions across a range of categories.

Following the completion of judging, successful entrants will be notified ahead of the 2026 European Property Awards presentation, where winners will come together to celebrate their achievements alongside leading property professionals from across Europe.

Thank you to all members of the judging panel for their continued commitment to recognising excellence and celebrating the achievements of the global property industry.
