The 2026 European and African Property Awards and European and African Hotel Awards will be celebrated at this year’s IPAX Europe & Africa event, taking place on 22 October 2026 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
Bringing together award-winning companies and leading professionals from across Europe and Africa, the event will celebrate excellence across architecture, interior design, property development, real estate and hospitality. The International Property Awards are recognised as a global symbol of achievement and recognition, providing winners with an opportunity to showcase their success and connect with other leading companies within the property industry.
The daytime programme will feature IPAX Talks panel discussions, networking opportunities and awards presentations, before continuing into the evening with a drinks reception, gala dinner and entertainment.
The evening programme will also include the presentation of the European and African regional nominations for the International Property Awards, alongside the International Property & Travel Awards, recognising Innovation, Luxury and Real Estate Leadership.
The event will bring together an international panel of speakers and industry experts, including Lord Best, Chairman of the International Property Awards, alongside professionals from architecture, interior design, property development and real estate.
