The principal ‘New Homes Hub’ is based at their Head Office in West Horsley under the leadership of Land & New Homes Director, Ian Blair, with a second centre based in Walton-on-Thames. Curchods were awarded Best Estate Agency Marketing in the whole of the UK in last year’s International Property Awards. Ian comments “We have always been proud of the level of dedicated service we offer our developer clients, and buyers from Curchods Land & New Homes department, and having been awarded multiple sites to market for 2021/22, across many of the Home Counties, we felt it was the right time to create two dedicated New Homes Hubs to add that extra level of support and expertise for our developer clients and buyers. Also, with so many new homes in Elmbridge for sale and currently being built in Walton-on-Thames, we have opened our Walton-on-Thames New Homes Centre.
