We are excited to announce that we have received notice that SARCO Architects Costa Rica will once again be award winner architects. Our entry into the “Architecture Single Residence” category for Costa Rica, in the 2019-2020 International Property Awards will receive a design award.

Sarco Architects Costa Rica will be honored at the USA & Americas Property Awards in the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, Toronto on the 3rd October for their project Casa Aramara. Sarco Architects Costa Rica will compete against the best property professionals across the USA & Americas regions to be recognized in the Architecture Single Residence category.

The USA & Americas Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

The USA & Americas Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized design awards throughout the regions.

This will be our seventh successful award-winning project in the International Property Awards. Our most recent previous award-winning project was the Cap Limon Luxury Club Residences Resort in the Dominican Republic. The Cap Limón project received three awards:

“Best Leisure Architecture Dominican Republic 2017-2018”
“Best Leisure Development Dominican Republic 2017-2018”
“Best Leisure Architecture Caribbean 2017-2018”
Other previous awards include two-time winners of the “5-Star, Best Architecture Single Residence Costa Rica” awards, the highest level of award possible.

CASA ARAMARA – OUR MOST RECENT SUCCESS AS AWARD WINNER ARCHITECTS

On this occasion, our award winner is a project that is currently under construction. It will be a very satisfying feeling as the project is built and as we take care of all the details of the project to know that we are bringing the reality an award-winning design.

We designed Casa Aramara luxury home on extremely steep and undulating terrain. The home is designed in independent modules that adapt to the natural flow of the land. Connection areas are used to articulate the flow and movement of the modules.

The main module holds the main social area and two guest bedrooms. The second module houses the master bedroom suite at the highest point, and two more guest bedrooms underneath. A third module houses the garage and caretakers quarters.

The swimming pool and outdoor social areas become the main transition and articulating element in the design. As the home flows with the terrain, the modules exist at different levels and the pool area works as the space to allow flow from the upper level of the main module to the lower level of the bedrooms module.

The interior areas of the home are all designed to take advantage of the majestic views available from the site. All spaces are designed with floor-to-ceiling glass and with enhancing of indoor-outdoor experience. The interior design features lots of natural light to reduce the need for artificial lighting.

We believe that bathrooms should also receive the careful design. Bathrooms are spaces where we enjoy important energizing and relaxation time each day. Bathrooms should be spaces that also enjoy amazing views, lots of light and careful attention to detail in the selection of materials and finishes.

We are anxiously awaiting the International Property Awards gala event at the Fairmont Hotel in Toronto, to discover the level of award of our most recent success as award winner architects.
