Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed an agreement with the International Property Awards to launch a specialised branch of the programme in Dubai, UAE, which will be called The International Property Awards Dubai (IPAD).
As per the new partnership deal between the two parties, IPAD will become a state-of-the-art real estate industry excellence programme for the region.
The collaboration takes place just two years before the Expo 2020 Dubai and will aim to highlight and draw international attention to the outstanding projects, design excellence and energy efficiency that takes place throughout Dubai’s property industry, said the statement from DLD.
DLD will be inviting entries from architects, developers, interior designers and other Dubai real estate professionals for the coveted IPAD awards which will be given in 40 categories across multiple sectors.
The focus will be on the design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability, it added.
