For 28 years, the international real estate competition, supported by Forbes Kazakhstan, has awarded the “quality mark” and highlights the most striking, innovative and impressive projects and companies operating in various real estate sectors in the Asia-Pacific region.

The winners of the competition are selected every year by an independent panel of judges of 80 experts, and projects are evaluated in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland under the supervision of members of the House of Lords of the British Parliament: Lord Caithness, Lord Waverley and Lord Richard Best.
Among all the projects noted in Asia and the Pacific, only a few projects were awarded the highest award – the title of nominee for the best project in Asia. This high assessment of the Asia Pacific Property Awards will give companies the opportunity to be judged at the next stage of the competition – the grand final of the International Property Awards.
