Luo Yun is dedicated to establishing and maintaining design management systems, innovative R&D systems and property standards. In the last ten years, she has overseen over 100 projects, including residences, hotels and urban complexes and more. Led by Luo Yun, the Design Sharing Center is mainly responsible for design management and innovative R&D system construction. In recent three years, the Center has accomplished 52 innovations classified into three categories, including benchmark innovation, specialisation innovation, and localisation innovation. This research work has led to an increasing number of innovative properties which have enriched the company’s project portfolio and set an example for urban development in China.
