As CEO of Astera Energy, Elena works closely with property developers on investment programmes, EV-charging infrastructure, and solar power-generation solutions for residential and mixed-use developments.
She is also a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales and previously worked as a Senior Associate at the London and Jersey offices of Osborne Clarke and Ogier.
