The World’s Best Properties of 2013 to be Announced in London at Prestigious Awards Ceremony

London (Nov. 18, 2013) – Where is the world’s best home and what does it cost? What country is home to the best high-rise of 2013? And where will you find the most beautifully designed retail centre on the planet? These and many other questions will be answered at the 2013 International Property Awards crowning event on December 6th at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

The world’s most extraordinary developments, architecture, interior design and estate agents from dozens of countries and territories will be announced during a glittering gala and awards ceremony. Leading property professionals from all over the world will flock to London to hear the long anticipated results of the 2013 International Property Awards.

Prior to the International Property Awards final event, regional property awards competitions for Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, UK and the Americas have been held in various locales around the globe. The highest scoring winners in each category for each region have been named as International Nominees in the International Property Awards. These professionals anxiously wait to learn if they have outshined the other regions and earned the right to be called the best in the world.

Since 1994, the International Property Awards have celebrated the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. Awards are distributed for development, architecture, interior design and real estate categories for both residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. Participants enter representing their country or territory and have the chance to win at a national, regional, or international level. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.

Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 70 experts covering various sectors of the property industry, including Andrew Panting, Director of Operations for the British Property Federation, Peter Bolton King, Global Residential Director of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); and Christian Morris, Director / Owner of architectural firm Yotomo Ltd.

The International Property Awards ceremony is the most highly-anticipated event in our awards program. Everything we have done this year has been leading up to this,

Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards said.

We are excited to see which countries will walk away with a ‘World’s Best’ award and which region will earn the most international recognitions.

Building upon the success of business events first added to the 2012 award ceremony, the International Property Awards will again host a number of professional networking events, including seminars, discussion tables and an exhibition. Previously only open to VIPs of the property industry, the 2013 International Property Show opens its doors to ALL property enthusiasts, buyers and investors.

At the 2013 International Property Show, attendees can meet the minds behind the most beautiful and unique new architecture in all the world, speak directly to the developers of the world’s finest properties and be inspired by the work of award-winning interior designers.

The majority of attendees at our awards events are CEOs, presidents, and managing directors, or from the senior management of their companies,

Shield said.

Our networking events and showcase prior to the awards ceremony allow these VIPs to interact in a relaxed but professional setting.
