Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Airport has won five awards at the International Hotel Awards Final Gala held in December 2018. The awards took place at the Savoy Hotel, London and was an evening of celebration in honour of hotels and resorts across the seven continents.
The 172-room hotel located strategically inside the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Complex was named Best Airport Hotel Kenya, Best Airport Hotel Africa, Best Large Hotel Kenya, Best Large Hotel Africa, and International Five Star Hotel 2018-2019.
An independent panel of 80 industry experts judges the International Hotel Awards. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Thurso, a member of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
The International Hotel Awards are the most acclaimed industry awards recognized globally. It is an achievement that is recognized as a mark of excellence for hospitality industry professionals. Several key international brands are featured alongside the region’s strongest homegrown ones.
