Property agent Croft Residential, which is based in York, is celebrating a double win after being recognised in both UK and international property awards.
The agency was named ‘best single office estate agency for North Yorkshire’ at the International Property Awards, and the ‘best suburban York property agency’ at the British Property Awards.
Croft Residential, which was founded by Toby Cockcroft in 2010, specialises in selling exclusive, unusual and historic properties, across Yorkshire and the north of England. The firm also advises developers and investors on property investment, and both urban and rural housing developments.
Mr Cockcroft said: “Croft Residential is made up of a small team of people who all share a passion for the work we carry out for our clients. It’s very exciting to have that dedication recognised with two separate awards.”
He added: “In the past eight years since I launched the business we have always striven to provide unrivalled service, whether for clients selling a property on the open market, or as a private transaction, and we will of course continue to go the extra mile.
“We are seeing a sustained high demand for luxury properties, particularly in North Yorkshire, and the market is struggling to keep up.”
Reporting record sales of £40m for the three months to September this year, the firm’s current portfolio spans £160m of properties across the north of England. They include a 200 acre North Yorkshire country estate and a development site for 80 new homes in Green Hammerton, near York
