Tony has over 30 years’ experience within the industry having worked for developers, contractors and architects over this period and is chartered with the CIAT.
Tony is passionate about quality design and injects added value to each scheme he is involved with. He is a firm believer in developing the abilities of the team members he works with, having also been a mentor to numerous graduates.
Tony has a breadth of experience of the residential sector, having previously worked for Berkeley Homes, Kier Construction and Fairview New Homes. He worked on the original Berkeley Homes ‘Urban House’, rationalising the original concept through design to completed homes on site. Tony has also worked with the Police SBD team to develop a type approval for the apartment block section of Secured by Design and currently represents the CIAT as a judge for the Housing Design Awards.

The panel of judges for the International Property Awards is large and include judges from a variety of backgrounds and expertise. We have over 100 judges, divided up reviewing entries in all award categories. Each judge is allocated entries which match their areas of expertise.
