The awards are open to property developers, builders, estate agents, brokers, realtors, interior designers, architects, public relations and advertising agencies. Properties under development can be entered at any stage of construction provided planning approval has been granted. Companies may submit single or multiple entries.

Your first step is to complete the online registration form and choose which categories of the awards you would like to enter. You will be then be contacted by the Property Awards team, who will supply you with relevant information and confirm your proposed entry or entries. At this stage there is a fee payable for each entry in each category you decide to enter.

Once you receive your entry form(s) you should follow the instructions and criteria thereon to successfully complete your entry or entries. You should then send any completed forms to us before the deadline date stated on each individual form. A separate entry form must be completed for each category of the awards you are entering.
